My emoji story

Once upon a time, about 6 years ago, there was a girl named Megan.  She was traveling with her mother, father, older sister Kate, and younger brother Nick.  They were  going on a car trip to Maine, and the car was cramped.  Suddenly, their mother, who was at the wheel, braked.

“What was that for?”  Kate grumbled, looking down at her bright pink leggings.  “Also, you are not allowed to dress me ever again.  Don’t you know I don’t like pink?  She looked down at her bright green sneakers and smiled.  Megan groaned.

“My hair is so poofy!  Also, pink is nice, for your information.”  The chatter in the car was so mesmerizing, Megan was soon fast asleep.  She woke

Megan’s world slowly faded again as she fell asleep.

All of a sudden, there was a pig getting getting in her face, licking her ears and nose.  She looked around, and realized she was in her dream world, Upside Down Tiny Smiley!  Some of the top attractions there were Monkey peek-a-boo, lipstick painting, pin the mouth on the emoji, and draw a version of yourself, just the opposite gender.  Oh yeah, and walk into a random door and see if it opens!  The oceans were filled with octopi and honey jars.    Some mountains were covered with skiers, others with snowboarders.

“Megan, honey”  Her mothers soft voice woke her up again.  “We’re here.  I let you sleep a bit, but now all the bags are unpacked, and it’s time to head inside.”

“Yeah!  Time to rock and roll!”  Kate yelled

“Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,” groaned Megan.  Then she got out of the car, and went inside with her family

The End

My Picture (Perfect) Poem

Leaves fall slowly to the ground, trees shake in the wind,

Beauty from the sky to ground, beauty all around,

A bitter cold in the air, wrap up warm and tight,

Kids are laughing, yelling, running, today is fun, no doubt,

Today is chilly, pretty, and fun, I wish I could include everyone!

My Avatar

I mostly based my avatar off myself.  I not only used my knowledge of myself, but also my friends’ knowledge of me.  I had a lot of fun making it, and I would not change one thing about it.  My avatar has large eyes behind almost black purple glasses.  I have a smile on my face and a very realistic nose.  My avatars hair is short and brown.

I chose to have an almost anime-like appearance on my avatar, which explains the very large eyes.  However, I also wanted to have a slightly realistic anime.  That is why I chose the nose I did (I might have also chosen that nose because it looked better than my other option).  I chose the mouth because it was my favorite one (No deep, dark “nose choosing” secret there! (; )   I liked the color of the glasses, and they were the same shape as my actual glasses.

For my background and clothing, I thought about, what colors do I like and, what colors do I where often ( I asked my friend the second question).  In the end, I decided on a turquise turtleneck!  Try saying that five times fast!  For the background, I wanted a bright color, but I also wanted to contradict my shirt.  I decided on a bright pink background.  I am not the biggest fan of pink, but I thought it went really well with the turquise while also contradicting it  (If that makes sense).

I have never made an avatar before, and I had lots of fun doing it.  It is an awesome experience, and, in the end, all the different features I loved came together to form one awesome avatar.
